MAINTENANCE

Our clay tiles need little to no maintenance (especially with ceramic and glazed finishes). Concrete roof tiles may need pressure washes every 2 years or sooner.  

STRENGTH

Contrary to popular belief, clay roof tiles are very strong. Santafé tiles have shown higher transverse strength than concrete tiles.

WATER ABSORPTION

Our products have a water absorption of 2-8% while standard concrete tiles have a water absorption of 13%.

We offer one of the widest color selections in this profile, enabling the creation of unique roof tile designs. Options include single colors or exclusive pre-blends.

SPANISH "S"

Thanks to its inter-locking system, this profile allows for an easy installation and an exclusive finish. This style comes in a range of hues.

BÁLTICA COLLECTION

This tile allows for an easy and fast installation and is offered at an affordable price. This tile profile is the evolution of the traditional roman tile.

IMPERIAL

Ideal for extreme cold temperatures, these tiles meet and exceed the international ASTM C1167-96 standards for Grade 1 tiles and pass the freeze-thaw resistance tests.

PRESTIGE COLLECTION

Each piece is manufactured by Colombian artisan hands through the traditional Colombian process, creating a variation of natural colors, which are unique to each tile.

ARTISAN BLEND

The Mission Barrel tile creates an aesthetically attractive and natural roof, with dark colors like cocoa, to its terracotta, peaches and fume options.
